EVA foam insert CNC cut to hold a Proquip metal 20L jerry can. Foam insert and jerry can are tied down via 4 eye bolts, foam insert has been cut to suit Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform however will mount to a standard mesh roof rack as well.

This kit consists of 1 x CNC cut EVA foam insert, zinc plated steel slot nuts, 4 x M8 eye bolts and 4 x SS flat and spring washers. Designed to work with Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Roof racks. May be suitable for use with other models or brands, please be sure to cross reference dimensions listed below.

R&D; Our EVA Jerry can holders have had extensive testing, two EVA Jerry can holders completed a 7000km test this included the Simpson Desert (QAA and French line). More recently testing has been conducted on Fraser Island carrying water and diesel. Foam inserts show no damage and the roof rack has no rubbing marks or damage that is normally experience with other brands and methods of mounting Jerry cans to roof racks.
